Floorvent is the world’s first smart air brick system, designed to cut heat loss through suspended floors while protecting against damp and mould. By combining sensors, weather data through the hub, Floorvent knows when to ventilate and when to close, balancing energy efficiency with healthy airflow.

The Floorvent system includes:

  • Smart air bricks that open and close automatically based on conditions

  • The AirEx Hub that connects the system to enabling optimisation for external conditions  and reporting on underfloor conditions. WiFi and 4G versions available.

AirEx Sensor

Smart indoor monitoring system for healthier homes

The AirEx Sensor gives visibility into what’s happening inside the home. With discreet sensors and a central hub, it continuously monitors temperature, humidity and indoor air quality at room level providing insights so that landlords can identify risks early and plan responses before things become urgent.

The Sensor system is made up of:

  • Discreet sensors for each room to be monitored

  • The AirEx Hub to connect the system and enable reporting

As the Sensor uses the same hub it can be combined with  Floorvent to combine energy efficiency and monitoring of indoor and underfloor environments in one complete system. 

With the Sensor, landlords and residents can see the impact of ventilation and heating choices, helping to maintain comfort while reducing risks of condensation and poor air quality and enabling planning for interventions or design of new ventilation.
